You may be a candidate for our medically supervised program if you:
-Have a BMI (body mass index) of 30 or more
-Have a BMI of 27 or more with more than one weight-related medical condition, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea
-Have not been able to maintain weight loss on your own

At your first appointment, your Nurse Practitioner will discuss with you the following:
-Your medical history
-Your weight loss goals
-What your day-to-day routine looks like (diet and exercise)
-Your prior weight loss diets/programs and journey
At times it can be challenging to achieve your target weight through just dieting and exercise alone. But with our health and weight management clinicians, you can receive weight loss advice and get treatments that can effectively remove your excess pounds and help you reach your personal weight and fitness goals.

- Phentermine-Topiramate
Injectable Options:
If appropriate, injectable treatments can be considered and will be prescribed on-label through the respective manufacturer pharmacies.
