O-SHOT
Struggling with vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, decreased libido, difficulty achieving an orgasm, decreased clitoral sensitivity, or urinary incontinence? If so, the O-Shot® may be right for you.
The Orgasam “O” Shot®, is an advanced vaginal rejuvenation therapy that utilizes Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to increase sexual arousal, rejuvenate the vagina, enhance sensitivity, and increase natural lubrication. PRP can be isolated from one’s own blood and re-injected into an area of the body where it may induce healing or growth-enhancing properties including cell growth, new tissue generation and repair, as well as formation of new blood vessels and collagen production. These effects are similar in many aspects to those seen from human stem cells. PRP is obtained from a simple blood draw that is performed in the office and then spun down in a centrifuge which isolates the plasma. After appropriate numbing, the PRP is then injected under the skin vaginally in the area of the G-Spot as well as the clitoral glans. The entire procedure is minimally invasive, takes just a few minutes, and is virtually pain free.

PRP can be isolated from one’s blood and re-injected into an area of the body where it may induce healing or growth-enhancing properties, including cell growth, new tissue generation, and repair, as well as the formation of new blood vessels and collagen production. These results are almost like those seen in human stem cells. PRP is obtained from a simple blood draw performed in the office and then spun down in a centrifuge, isolating the plasma. After appropriate numbing, the PRP is then injected under the skin vaginally in the area of the G-Spot and the clitoral glans. While some woman achieve results after 1 shot, most women experience the best results with a series of 3 treatment sessions, spaced 6 weeks apart. Sexual function improvements from the O-Shot® have been reported in an estimated 75-95% of women. Effects appear to last between 1 to 4 years, with 2 to 3 years to be the median, but these reports are anecdotal rather than research based. When improvements begin to wane, the shot can be repeated.
So, how does the O-Shot® help with incontinence? PRP leads to new cellular and vascular growth of tissues in which are injected. The tissues planes in the upper vaginal wall allow for free flow of PRP around the urethra and base of the bladder leading to a strengthened bladder base and urethral sphincter muscle.
The O-Shot® has also been found to help those suffering with Lichen sclerosis, which is a debilitating and progressive skin disorder which often affects the genital areas (although can occur elsewhere). This disorder can cause itching—and overtime can lead to severe tissue atrophy. Studies have shown promising results with the use of PRP in proving symptomatic improvement from those suffering with Lichenoid changes.
Lastly, it is important to understand that sexual dysfunction or low libido can be triggered by many other factors which need to be discussed prior to treatment.
Trigger's may include:
-
Hormonal changes such as menopause, pregnancy, and breastfeeding can lower libido and cause changes such as vaginal dryness.
-
Painful sex: whether that be from hormonal changes or from structural issues can cause pain rather than pleasure.
-
Medications including prescription drugs such as antidepressants can decrease sex drive, among numerous others.
-
Lifestyle including lack of physical activity, overconsumption of alcohol and/or illicit drugs can lower one’s sex drive.
-
Illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancers, heart disease, depression, etc, can decrease sex drive or ability to reach an orgasm.
-
Trauma, physical or emotional, whether related to a previous sexual encounter or not, can greatly impact ones sex drive and even desire for sexual intercourse.
The providers at The Alchemy Clinic understand that sexual health and wellness is a vital part of our day to day lives and we look forward to helping you feel re-energized.
P-SHOT
The P-Shot®, also known as the Priapus Shot, is a trademarked medical procedure designed to improve sexual performance in men.
The P-Shot® is a non-surgical and all-natural treatment that utilizes the body’s own Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).
Benefits of the P-Shot include:
Enhance penile sensation and sensitivity.
Improved sexual stamina by making it easier to achieve and maintain erections.
Improvement in or resolution of penile curvature from Peyronie’s Disease.
Promote stronger and longer lasting erections.
Resolution of penile pain with erection.
Better overall blood flow to the penis.
Increased penile length and girth.
Treat and prevent erectile dysfunction.
Unlike other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments, the The P-Shot® delivers long-last results that you can not achieve with pills, creams, or pumps alone.
PRP can be isolated from one’s own blood and re-injected into an area of the body where it may induce healing or growth-enhancing properties including cell growth, new tissue generation and repair, as well as formation of new blood vessels and collagen production. This is a result of the growth factors that are released by the platelets.
The Alchemy Clinic uses only medical grade PRP, which means the centrifugation system will yield more concentrated platelets, which in turn means better results and a more superior treatment.
While some men experience results following one treatment, most experience maximum effects following a series of 3, scheduled every 6 weeks.
