1. We strongly encourage all new patients to book a medical aesthetic or wellness consultation as this will allow the necessary time to fully review your history and your goals, perform a detailed assessment and develop a treatment plan specific to you. You may book online here or you can call the office 603-206-5804 to schedule.
2. Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation text and email. This will provide you with the instructions you need to access your Patient Portal.
3. It is now a REQUIREMENT that your Patient Portal be completed prior to your appointment. Information required includes your demographics, past medical, surgical, and social history, as well as allergies and medications. There will also be consents and forms specific to your consultation request.
