The time has come and our team is growing, we’re searching for our next incredible member to join The Alchemy Clinic! We’re looking for a Medical Assistant, but not just any MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is not your typical Medical Assistant position. You’ll play a pivotal role in our practice, wearing many hats to ensure we deliver the best care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Assistance: Working closely with providers to assist in both functional and aesthetic medicine procedures.
• Patient Rooming & Preparation: Rooming patients and preparing them for their provider visits, including obtaining vital signs, performing blood draws (phlebotomy experience preferred), facial cleansing, clinical photography and AURA skin imaging, applying topical anesthetic, and conducting InBody body composition scans.
• Administrative Tasks: Supporting the front desk with scheduling, patient communication, and general office flow.
• Inventory & Supplies: Assisting with inventory and ensuring providers’ rooms are well stocked.
• Clinic Care & Upkeep: Assisting in maintaining spotless, well-organized treatment rooms and common areas, ensuring our practice remains pristine; a responsibility of all team members.
• Social Media Engagement: Help capture the everyday moments that show who we are, from team education and behind the scenes work to the care that goes into each patient visit. Sharing our story is a clinic wide effort, so we’re looking for someone willing to contribute ideas, take a photo or short video when the moment is right, and help us connect with our community. An interest in content creation is a plus
