Erin Fernald, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is Co-Medical Director of The Alchemy Clinic and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and almost a decade of experience in medical aesthetics.
For Erin, aesthetics and wellness are not separate specialties. After years of treating patients aesthetically, she came to understand how significantly hormones, metabolism, nutrition, inflammation, and overall health can affect the skin, hair, body composition, healing, and response to treatment. This understanding shaped her approach to care and led her to combine advanced aesthetic medicine with regenerative and metabolic health.
Erin is known for natural, refined aesthetic results and comprehensive treatment planning. She has advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory and regenerative treatments, lasers, and energy based technologies. Her strong understanding of anatomy is supported by ultrasound experience, which she incorporates when appropriate for treatment planning, guided injections, and the evaluation of aesthetic concerns and complications.
Alongside her work in aesthetics, Erin specializes in hormone and peptide therapy, midlife health, hair restoration, and sexual wellness. She is a member of The Menopause Society and is continuing her education in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
This combined expertise allows Erin to look at the whole patient. She considers what is happening both internally and externally before creating a plan. Depending on the patient’s needs, that plan may include injectables, regenerative aesthetics, skin and energy based treatments, hormone support, peptide therapy, hair restoration, or other wellness interventions.
