Jennifer Fleming, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CANS, is the Founder and Medical Director of The Alchemy Clinic. Board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and credentialed as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, she brings 13 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and more than a decade in medical aesthetics. Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, critical care, and aesthetic and regenerative medicine.
As a National Faculty Member for Revance Aesthetics, Jennifer travels throughout the country training medical professionals in facial assessment, anatomy, aging physiology, injection strategy, and complication prevention. She has trained nationally and internationally with leading experts in advanced injection techniques, facial anatomy, ultrasound, regenerative aesthetics, and complication management. Her approach combines technical precision, evidence based medicine, and an artistic eye to create natural, individualized results.
Ultrasound is central to Jennifer’s practice. She uses it for anatomical and vascular mapping, treatment planning, guided injections, assessment of existing filler, and the diagnosis and management of aesthetic complications. This ability to visualize beneath the skin adds another level of information, precision, and safety to her care.
Jennifer believes that exceptional aesthetic outcomes begin with a thoughtful long term plan. Aging occurs across the skin, fat, muscle, connective tissue, and underlying facial structure. By evaluating these layers together and using a multimodal approach, she can determine which treatments should be performed, in what order, and over what period of time. This allows each result to build upon the last rather than working backward from disconnected treatments.
Her philosophy also extends beyond what can be seen on the surface. Hormones, metabolism, nutrition, weight changes, muscle health, and tissue quality can all influence the way a person ages and responds to treatment. Jennifer cares for patients across aesthetics, hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and medical weight management, considering how internal health and external aging intersect.
Jennifer has completed her coursework and dissertation for a Master of Science in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. Her dissertation examined the effects of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone therapy on skin physiology, collagen, and aesthetic outcomes.
She also serves as Vice President and a founding member of Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire, advancing education, patient safety, professional standards, and legislative advocacy within medical aesthetics.
Patients choose Jennifer for her honesty, clinical depth, and ability to make complex decisions feel clear. She is especially sought out by patients who want natural facial rejuvenation, have concerns related to previous aesthetic treatments, or want to understand how hormones, metabolism, weight changes, and tissue health may be affecting the way they age. Her goal is for every patient to leave with a clear understanding of what is changing and a thoughtful plan that allows each result to build upon the last.
